Budgeting:
  • Taking off the quantity of materials for various construction activities.
  • Preparing Project budget sheet as per the construction Drawings & specifications & monitor & control the Budget till end of Project.
  • Preparing Rate Analysis & derive estimated cost of each & every work activities /Packages for Project Budgeting.
  • Asking quotes from various vendors & Preparing comparative statements as per specifications.
  • Preparing Tenders & BOQ for various Activities/ Packages as per technical specifications & norms.
  • Monitor Legal/Statutory compliance stipulated in Tender/WO & collect documents from contractors time to time.
  • Ensure contract policies and procedures are adequately covered as set by management.
Contracts/Vendor management:
  • Registering vendors and contractors.
  • Gathering quotations from contractors and vendors.
  • Comparing quotes of contractors for construction activities and get it approved from authorised person.

Billing:

Description:

  • A Company secretary’s core duties include optimizing workflow procedures in the office, assisting colleagues and executives in planning and distributing information, and being the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues.
  • Additionally, as a company secretary, you’ll need to:
  • Report to the Whole Time Director / Chief Financial Officer and often liaise with board members.
  • Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
  • Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with regulatory departments.
  • Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings. Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.
  • Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
  • Lead the team in the day to day secretarial and regulatory compliances.
  • Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors. Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.
  • Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
  • Take an active role and provide valuable input to management decisions related to sharing issues, mergers, and takeovers.
  • Good knowledge on SEBI LODR Reg. 2015, Companies Act, 2013, Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws of the Company. Knowledge and experience of RERA and handling a NBFC Company will be an added advantage.
  • Vetting of Agreements, drafting other legal documents including but not limited to power of attorney, affidavits, rent agreements, related party agreements etc.
  • Updating the board and other departments of the Company with applicable regulatory changes.

Experience: Total Experience 4-5yrs, 2-3yrs experience with Listed Company
